While the LEARNER’S LICENSE lessons have been put on hold due to the lockdown and corona virus pandemic, we know your desire to get on the road is as strong as ever.

 

Grabouw Driving School (G.D.S) want to make sure that you can get on the road as quickly as possible as soon as it is safe to do so.

 

OPTION 1:

Simply go on to our booking page on this website and make a booking for your learner’s license preparation. Otherwise send a request on WhatsApp. After we receive your request G.D.S will send you the account details. Do an EFT payment with your name and surname as reference into G.D.S account and forward your proof of payment to grabouwdrivingschool@gmail.com

The cost for option 1 is R580.00.

Once your purchase is complete, you’re on G.D.S pre-paid customer list and you’re at the front of the queue for LEARNERS LICENSE materials.

WHAT DO YOU GET?

 

As a pre-paid customer you will have priority and we will provide you with all your learning materials on your phone or via email. Otherwise you can collect it in hard copy at our offices.

After 2 weeks in which you received your study materials G.D.S will provide you with a code to enter the online K53 Learners Licence PRACTICE TEST PAPERS (questions and answers) to help you revise and prepare for your official South African Learner’s Licence (theory) test. 

NOTE that access is granted for personal use by the registered student only and not for sharing or commercial use.  We monitor all tests and violation of usage rights will result in immediate account termination. As soon as you’ve granted access and your account get terminated please do not hold us accountable.

 

The only online practice tests that give a detailed breakdown of your answers vs. the correct answers at the end of each test paper. Be 100% ready for your Learner’s Licence exam.

 

It is your responsibility to go to the nearest Traffic Department and make a booking for the learners license test. 

 

OPTION 2:

​

2 HOUR LEARNERS LICENSE CLASS WITH STUDY MATERIAL AND PRACTICE TESTS AFTERWARDS

 

Grabouw Driving School (GDS) instructor will come to you or you will visit our office for a 2 hour learners class, one on one. We will go through the study material with you in the 2 hour learners class. After the class we will leave the material with you. You will not need any other information or learners class after this session. You are free to write a practice tests with us included in the price. Feedback on your progress will be provided in a week and indication on what to focus on in preparation for the official learner’s license exam.

The cost for this option is R480

DID YOU KNOW? 

 

In the official test you will receive 30 questions on rules of the road, 30 questions on road traffic signs (signs, signals & markings) and 8 questions on vehicle controls.  You have to individually score 22/30 for rules of the road, 23/30 for road traffic signs and 6/8 for vehicle controls, to pass the test. 

Failing any of the above categories, will result in failing the entire test.
